As we enter our last 3 weeks of the swim season, you might be wondering what opportunities there are to swim year-round locally. Here are some great opportunities you should check out:

• High School Prep: Designed for ages 13-18, this is for swimmers who are continually developing technique to swim at a higher level and meet their goals without the pressure of competition. This program runs March-October.
• Homeschool Prep Team: This has middle of the day swim opportunities for ages 8-18. This program begins in September.
  • Younger swimmers will be invited on a tryout basis.
• Stroke Clinics: For swimmers who have a basic knowledge of all 4 competitive strokes but just need to refine their stroke, each clinic will have 1 stroke focus (free/breast/back/fly/IM) and will drill that specific stroke. These clinics will run regularly all winter long.
• USA Swimming Teams: There are many local USA Swimming teams in our area. The town of Castle Rock hosts the ROCK swim team in our pools. See their flyer attached to this e-mail, or if you are viewing on the website, click the tryout link form below.
